What is a rental page?
A rental page is your own independent web page, just like any other web page on the Internet.

What is the advantage of having a rental page on Free Craft Unlimited?
The primary advantage is the fact that your page(s) will automatically be exposed to over 35,000 unique crafts-oriented viewers each and every month. In other words, you'll have instant targeted traffic. You also benefit from having your web page(s) custom designed and completely set up and running (you supply the information, we do all the work).

How much does it cost?
There is a one time setup fee plus a small monthly fee for each rental page.

What does the setup fee cover?
Setup includes any and all tasks involved in getting your web page(s) ready for publication. For example, creating a custom logo and design for your web page, customizing images of your item(s), displaying your item(s) or product(s), setting up buy buttons (if applicable), writing and displaying descriptions and/or sales copy about you, your business, your items or products.

How much is the small monthly fee?
There are several options that are directly related to the quantity of items or products you display on your page. For example, 1-2 items or products will cost $3 per month, 3-6 items or products will cost $5.00 per month, 7-10 items will cost $7 per month.

How many items or products can I display or sell?
On a single page, you can display or sell a maximum of 10 items.

What if I have more than 10 items to display or sell?
You can rent additional pages to accomodate any number of additional items or products.

I have several items/products. Do I have to place them all on one page?
No. You can split the items or products between multiple pages. For example, if you wanted a unique page for each item, you could rent the same number of pages and place a single item on each one.

Is there a limit to how many pages I can rent?
No. Not at this time.

Can you give me examples of what the cost would be?
Certainly...

Example #1:
1 page with 2 items/products
$25 setup fee, $3 per month rent (after 1st setup month)

Example #2:
1 page with 5 items/products
$25 setup fee, $5 per month rent (after 1st setup month)

Example #3:
1 page with 8 items/products
$25 setup fee, $7 per month rent (after 1st setup month)

Example #4:
2 pages with 1 item/product per page
$25 setup fee, $7 per month rent (after 1st setup month)

What do I need in order to sell products from my rental page?
You'll need a PayPal account and the ability and means to ship your products to buyers after a sale. We'll also need to know your shipping information, conditions, and pricing so we can post that information on your rental page(s).

Do I have to actually sell crafts products to get a mall page?
No. You can simply use your rental space to display your crafts items.

Can I put items and products not related to crafts on my mall pages?
Naturally, we prefer to keep The Crafts Mall related to crafts. But it's not a hard and fast rule. We do, however, reserve the right to accept or reject items or products based on our own preferences and judgement.

Do any graphics come with my mall page?
If you don't already have a suitable logo, we'll create something custom based on your input. If necessary, we'll also resize and/or customize the images that you supply of your items or products.

What about sales copy?
If necessary, we have professional copywriters who will take care of basic product presentation and description. Most often, this would include a couple of paragraphs.

How much does sales copy cost?
Basic product description comes with your mall page at no extra charge. If you want something more involved or lengthy, we've arranged considerable discounts for our mall page clients.

Can my mall page(s) have more involved design/layout than your stock templates?
Yes, custom pages are available through an associated web design and development team. Although there will be an additional fee, we've arranged substantial discounts for our mall page clients.

I already have my own content and/or sales copy. Can I put it on my mall page(s)? Absolutely. Just provide what you have and we'll incorporate it into the page layout.

I already have my own page design/layout. Can I use that for my mall page(s)?
In most instances, yes. It will, however, be subject to the approval of Free Craft Unlimited based on 1) the overall appearance, and 2) the standard of page coding used to create the design.

How do I pay for my rental page(s)?
All payments are handled as monthly subscription billing through PayPal.com.

How do I cancel my rental payments?
Simply log in to your PayPal account and go to your original subscription invoice page. At the bottom you'll find a link that allows you to cancel your payments. (This will result in the associated rental page(s) being removed from The Crafts Mall.)
